Context

Alison is committed to providing an exceptional learner experience. In 2022, Alison partnered with Welliba to offer their learners the opportunity to assess and manage their mental wellbeing. This allowed Alison to empower learners as part of their learning journey. Learners who completed the Welliba EX questionnaire were provided with insights about personal strengths and growth areas as well as observations about what might improve their experience, or detract from it.

Additionally, learners were provided with insights about the types of developmental content that would be most suited to their own unique needs and opportunities.  Learners were also given access to personalized developmental content.  During this process, data was gathered to evaluate the value of the developmental content to learners.

Welliba’s research has uncovered the intrinsic drivers of EX (self-insight) and mapped external contextual boosters and blockers (context insight) that influence EX.

Welliba’s predictive EX Snapshot maps all critical and personal factors within less than 10 minutes to reveal a broad image of what EX looks like at a specific time. The data is aggregated and displayed in Welliba Dashboard™.

Learner Metrics & Outcomes

Over 63,486 learners have already voluntarily started the Welliba’s EX Snapshot and around 50% of the learners completed this to receive personalised insights and recommendations.
20,817 courses were completed following the personalised insights and guidance given to learners.
On average, 1.3 courses were completed per user after the Welliba EX Snapshot which suggests that learners are looking for ideas and content to improve their own situation.
3,965 users voluntarily completed an additional assessment after completing the initial EX Snapshot.
