“Employee experience is never easy to measure, but for early career talent, it is especially difficult. We already invest a lot in helping our young employees thrive, but we were interested in seeing more data and getting new perspectives on what shapes their EX. Welliba’s science and solution helps us understand some new ideas to take the current listening approaches to a different level”

Context
Alison is committed to providing an exceptional learner experience. In 2022, Alison partnered with Welliba to offer their learners the opportunity to assess and manage their mental wellbeing. This allowed Alison to empower learners as part of their learning journey. Learners who completed the Welliba EX questionnaire were provided with insights about personal strengths and growth areas as well as observations about what might improve their experience, or detract from it.
Additionally, learners were provided with insights about the types of developmental content that would be most suited to their own unique needs and opportunities. Learners were also given access to personalized developmental content. During this process, data was gathered to evaluate the value of the developmental content to learners.
Welliba’s solution to predict and improve EX:
Welliba EX SnapshotTM
Welliba’s research has uncovered the intrinsic drivers of EX (self-insight) and mapped external contextual boosters and blockers (context insight) that influence EX.
Welliba’s predictive EX Snapshot maps all critical and personal factors within less than 10 minutes to reveal a broad image of what EX looks like at a specific time. The data is aggregated and displayed in Welliba Dashboard™.
“The Welliba platform has proven to be a robust and reliable part of our offering which welcomes over 200,000 users per day in multiple languages.”

“I found it to be pretty accurate in reflecting my current state of mind with my work. It was very well constructed, and it flowed well, the questions were relevant and interesting. I especially loved the layout of the quiz and results, it was colourful and easy on the eyes. Excited to read more about my personal brand and work on being better – professionally and personally.”

Welliba insights and benchmarks
Scientific research shows that learners benefit from democratised access to developmental content, particularly when individuals are guided to resources that benefit them as individuals and professionals. Personalised guidance, rooted in a comprehensive employee experience model, elevates the engagement with developmental content. Research shows that these benefits resonate across diverse groups, ranging from individual learners to expansive communities.
Learners feel positive about their career and see this as offering opportunities for continuous learning, growth, and self-development.
Learners have strong beliefs in their ability to develop their competencies, skills, knowledge, and character.
