“Employee experience is never easy to measure, but for early career talent, it is especially difficult. We already invest a lot in helping our young employees thrive, but we were interested in seeing more data and getting new perspectives on what shapes their EX. Welliba’s science and solution helps us understand some new ideas to take the current listening approaches to a different level”
Jan Houben
Welliba’s public data insights provided important validation for us. They reinforced and complemented our internal findings, which gave us added confidence to prioritize actions based on competitive intelligence, analyze longitudinal trends outside of our typical survey cycle, and develop a strong integration strategy for two new subsidiaries.
Amanda Valela
Welliba’s analysis is an excellent starting point for understanding similarities and differences across two organizational cultures that need to come together. Its insights have given us a solid foundation for deciding where to focus our energy and how to structure our follow up conversations.

Context
Understanding employee sentiment, culture and risk in new acquisitions
Revvity’s leadership needed a clear, data-driven understanding of employee sentiment, cultural alignment, and transition risks across three newly combined organizations. Leadership wanted to support their integration by understanding how the different organizational cultures and structures were affecting alignment, engagement, and future performance, and how best to focus leadership attention and follow-up actions. They also wanted to incorporate a competitive intelligence lens to benchmark their integration approach against industry peers and identify areas requiring greater focus.
Solution
External sentiment analysis and benchmarking to guide integration
Revvity partnered with Welliba to analyze publicly available data on employee sentiment in its three newly acquired companies and subsidiaries. Welliba's Workforce Intelligence Platform was used to analyze data about the acquired subsidiaries across different regions, using more than 1500 unique internet domains.
Employee experience was examined using Welliba’s employee experience model. Each entity was benchmarked against industry standards and named localized life sciences organizations. The analysis was completed in a couple of days and required no internal data or employee time from Revvity or the respective subsidiaries.
Insights from the analysis were used to:
- validate and complement existing internal data sources
- compare sentiment and cultural dynamics across recently integrated teams
- identify where site specific or customized integration approaches were required
- equip leadership with clear, actionable insights to guide next steps
- help leadership identify integration priorities and possible risks.
